We want you to love your purchase! However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the saree must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Window
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sarees with customized falls, edging (Pico), or stitched blouses.
- Sale or clearance items.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at contact@pmsboutique.com within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video for a free replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
